Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use these services.

Yes. If my schedule is full or if you don't see any weekly meeting times that would work for you, contact me and tell me your availability.

Sometimes I can move things around, so I might be able to fit you in. If not, I will put you on my waitlist for the requested times and reach out to you once there's an opening.

Sessions are scheduled on a recurring weekly basis on the same day of the week and time of day as the first session you sign up for, unless communicated otherwise.

Payment is remitted according to a payment plan. The payment plan consists of monthly payments that typically cover 4 sessions at a time.

For example, in a 12-session coaching package, you would pay for 4 sessions upfront, 4 sessions at the end of the first month, and 4 sessions at the end of the second month.

Yes. I have extension packages available. If you are interested in this, feel free to let me know. Usually I will ask you about these plans in the last few weeks of your package.

Yes. If you need to reschedule or postpone a session, contact me. For reschedule requests, please specify:
  • if you are requesting a one-off reschedule or a permanent reschedule
  • and which days and times work best for you.
Bear in mind:
  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required—there is hard cutoff—otherwise, the session will be counted.
  • You must correspond with me directly. Please do not use Paperbell to reschedule yourself, as these reschedules will be reverted.
  • Reschedules and postponements should be relatively infrequent.
  • I can't guarantee accommodation of a same-week reschedule. If I can't accommodate a one-off reschedule request, we can postpone to the next scheduled session.

My coaching is primarily meant to be conducted weekly. I do not offer sessions that occur more than once per week.

Biweekly (every other week) and monthly sessions are sometimes possible, though these time slots are limited and I usually only fulfill these requests for long-time clients. Contact me if you are interested.

I do not generally do one-off sessions. My coaching is an in-depth process and conversations depend heavily on the examination of the changes you make over time.

If you acknowledge this and would still like a one-off session, reach out to me and let me know what you hope to gain from a one-off session. I can't guarantee I will be able to accommodate the request.

I will sometimes offer 1 free introductory session to first-time clients. This is not comprehensive and is only meant to be a taste of what my coaching is like. If I am currently offering this, you will find it here.

Yes. To cancel your coaching plan, contact me and let me know when you would like to cancel your plan.

If you cancel your coaching package early, you will be refunded for any unused sessions that are beyond 24 hours into the future. Other sessions are non-refundable. If a session has already occurred (or is within 24 hours of your cancellation request) and has not been paid for, your payment method will still be charged to cover its cost.

For example, if you have completed 9 out of 12 sessions in your fully-paid package and request cancellation a few hours before your 10th session, you will be refunded for 2 sessions (the 11th and 12th sessions).
